This townhouse has been recently renovated within the last year. New fridge, stove and sink were all put in within the last 10 months. This unit has a fresh paint less than a year ago with recent touch ups done. New carpet installed along with flooring was also done just under a year ago. Since our renovation, we've had one tenant who just recently moved out. The carpets and unit have recently been cleaned. This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom located close to NAS Pensacola, Corry Station, Pensacola State College and downtown Pensacola. People's Water is included up to $25, quarterly exterior pest control is provided. Cable/Internet, ECUA (Trash) and FPL (electricity) is the responsibility of the renter. We prefer no pets but may accommodate a small animal with a $250 non refundable pet deposit and $25 a month pet rent. You must make 3x rent ($3900) and have verified income. 1st month's rent ($1300) and security deposit ($1300) required. Last month rent ($1300) may also be required based on application and rental history. We fully understand the burden of moving in, so last month's rent would be due when paying your 2nd months rent.
