Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be no refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot. No Smoking/No Pets/No Events/No Firearms/No Refunds for Internet Outages/Quiet Hours 10p.m-7a.m Miramar Palms HOA Community Rules: Neighborhood Rules 1. No more than 10 persons per unit. 2. No loud music or noise between the hours of between 10pm and 7am. 3. Put trash cans to the street Sunday night and Wednesday night for pick up the following morning. 4. Put trash cans away (out of sight) after pick up on Monday and Thursday. Failure to do so can result in a $50 fine per incident. Parking 1. Maximum of four vehicles per unit allowed provided two of them can be parked in the garage. 2. No parking on grass (it damages sprinklers). Sprinkler damage will result in a $100 fine per sprinkler. 3. There is NO street parking. DO NOT park in another unit's parking spaces. 4. DO NOT park at the end of the street. 5. Observe and respect "no parking" designations. There is NO parking for any vehicle at the pool. 6. Vehicles blocking other driveways or designated spots will be towed at vehicle owner's expense. Pool Rules 1. If there is thunder, THE POOL IS CLOSED. The pool will remain closed for hour after last thunder boom (by Florida State Law). 2. Maximum of TEN (10) persons in the pool at any time. (State of Florida pool rules based on pool size). 3. No unattended children under the age of 16 at the pool. 4. NO HORSEPLAY in pool or pool area. 5. No running in pool area. 6. No diving in the pool. 7. No dogs in pool area. (Again, FL rules.) 8. NO GLASS or ceramic in pool area. 9. No food or alcohol in pool area. 10. Shower before entering pool. 11. Pool CLOSES at dusk and will be locked. 12. Use the pool toilets responsibly. Bathroom door code is 4828. The pool is not a toilet. 13. Pool furniture is to remain on pool deck do NOT throw pool furniture in pool. 14. The pool is video monitored. Failure to comply with these community rules can result in fines and/or eviction without refund We will do a 1 month, 2 month, 3 month or 4 month lease staring 11/1/23 Utilities are $295 per month and this is in addition to the base rent A one time clean fee is charged of $345 Credit card process fees are in addition.
