No trash, waste, or debris should be left in the front yard; this includes trash, recycling, and compost receptacles. Trash, recycling, and compost receptacles should not be placed out on the curb more than 48hrs prior to the corresponding receptacles pick up date. Receptacles should be removed from the curb within 24hrs of pick up. 2. Vehicles Only registered running vehicles are allowed to be parked outside of your garage or on street premises. No project, non-running vehicles are to be left on street or driveway premises. Sunday 5pm to Monday 5pm vehicles must not block trash pick up areas. All recreational vehicles (i.e.; boats, trailers, RVs, etc) must be stored in the owner's garage. 3. Pets All pets must be kept on a leash unless they are inside your home or personal backyards for the safety of other homeowners and their pets. Pick up all pet waste and dispose of it properly, be respectful of neighbors yards with pet waste. 4. Noise Quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM. No excessive pet noise during quiet hours. 5. Exterior Storage (Outbuildings) Ridgeline CCRs explicitly state that no outbuildings are allowed in the front or back yard areas. 6. Exterior Decor Holiday decor is allowed during all holiday periods. Holiday decor may be placed one month in advance of the holiday occurring. Within one month of the holiday ending, related decor should be removed. Any blow up decor, and musical items may not be on during quiet hours. All exterior decor should be in good taste and inoffensive in nature. 7. Common Area Should any homeowner wishing to have a large gathering of 6 or more in the common area, a minimum of 2 weeks notice and pre-approval will need to be given to the HOA. 8.
