This is an unfurnished 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex that is very clean and well-maintained and has had recent remodel improvements -- remodeled kitchen and bathroom, tile flooring, carpet in bedrooms and living room, a heat-producing wood stove in the living room and a fenced back yard with a good-sized paver patio. The property is close to both Bellevue and Hailey and schools are nearby, as well. And, the property is available NOW! This unfurnished property is available NOW and we are looking for a lease to run at least until sometime in summer of 2024. We collect 1st month's rent, last month's rent, and the equivalent of a month's rent worth of refundable security deposit. We require tenants to have renters insurance. Renters take utilities into their name -- electric power and City of Hailey water/sewer/garbage collection are mandatory (there is no natural gas in the property). Tenant is responsible for snow removal at driveway, walkways, and patio; landlord is responsible for roof shoveling if necessary. Tenant is responsible for nominal landscaping. Landlord provides a very clean property and that is our expectation when receiving the property back from tenant. This is a strictly non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. Parking is in the driveway of the premises -- there is a very small garage that can only accommodate the smallest of vehicles, so the garage is more useful for storage.
