The service will send an email to tenant to input tenant information upon receipt of earnest payment (see below). An earnest payment of $500 is required from to initiation of background check. If the prospective tenant is accepted, the $500 is applied to the Security Deposit. If the tenant is not accepted, the $500 is returned. Cats and medium sized dogs (50 lbs or less) are accepted with an additional pet deposit of $300 per pet, maximum of 2 pets. No exterior maintenance is required by tenants.
