"FlipFlop" is just a short drive (1/2 mile) to the white-sand beaches of Mexico Beach. There is parking for 2 vehicles but no overflow parking. There is a grass area where you can park a boat/trailer just a few steps from the door. All utilities included in rent. No pets, no smoking or vaping inside of home. Max lease term is 6 weeks. 2 parking spaces. $1000.00 damage deposit to secure listing and will be fully refunded once rental agreement expires and property is inspected and verified no damage was caused by guest/tenant.
