Rent is $2,120 per month, with a security deposit of $2,120 due upon signing the lease. $50/month for each Pet Fee. Pet Security Deposit of $400 is required upon signing a one year lease agreement. Move-in date is adjustable. Renters are responsible for paying for all utilities; sewer, garbage, water, gas, electric, and internet. No smoking. Tenants are responsible for yard maintenance. Ideal tenant has income at least 3 times of rent, good credit score, no late payment history, stable employment, and reasonable reference.
