Large and private guest house on 8+ acres, on the edge of town offered fully furnished for short or long term stays. Guest house is separate from the main house--attached to the garage and has a private entrance. The space is large and comfortable, with a king size bed, day bed, desk (with fast internet), dining and bar areas, a comfy sectional couch and TVs in the living room and bedroom. All utilities are provided, including high speed internet, and you're welcome to use our streaming services. Guest house shares driveway and parking with the main house, as well as access to the fire pit at the back of the property. However, the guest house has its own patio and feels very private! Dogs are welcome (yard is not fenced so must be voice trained) but please note that the tenants in the main house have a dog, and so yours must be friendly! All utilities included--water, gas, electric, trash, sewer, and internet. Willing to do a short or long term lease--1 to 12 months. Also willing to try a shorter term to see if tenant likes the property. No smoking in the home. Friendly dogs welcome. All yard work is provided, but we do ask that tenant shovels the immediate sidewalk in the event of snow.
