Lawn service and pest control included in rent. Fully furnished, walk to the beach. Rent includes utilities. No smoking of any kind allowed on the property. Small breed, well behaved dogs will be considered on a case by case basis with a Non-refundable $350 pet fee. One off-street parking space in driveway. Garage is set up as a game room and storage for beach chairs, etc. so parking cannot be accommodated in garage.
