The ideal tenant is a traveling nurse or mature professional looking for a clean, quite, peaceful, smoke-free place to live. The unit is ideal for one person. Sorry, not pets or animals are allowed. - Weekly maid service is included. - Washer and dryer are included in the unit - Bedroom includes a spacious closet. - Rent includes the following utilities paid by the owner: water, sewer, electricity, heat, and wifi. - There is plank flooring throughout the bedroom, hallway, and living/dining areas - Kitchenette includes microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric tea kettle, sink, A limited supply of dishes and utensils are included.
