Lease is a 1 year term and the first month's rent is due at lease signing. There is an upfront deposit in the amount of one month's rent, due at lease signing. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease term once an inspection has been completed and there is no damage to the interior or the exterior of the home. Limit 2 pets (cats or dogs only).Reptiles or other types of pets are not allowed. There is an upfront non-refundable pet deposit of $400. Renter is responsible for all utilities. The home is unfurnished other than two patio tables with chairs that are available for the porch if the tenant wishes to use them. These will remain with the property at the end of the lease term. No smoking allowed. This includes the inside of the home as well as the porch that is attached to the home. Parking is uncovered and unassigned, there are numerous available spaces in front of the home. Tenant will provide and change their own interior and exterior light bulbs. Tenant will provide their own cleaning supplies, including but not limited to brooms, mops, vacuum, surface cleaners, and laundry detergents.
