Welcome home to a freshly painted home with new paint, carpeting, and plank flooring throughout. There are two spacious bedrooms - the primary has an ensuite bathroom. The large kitchen is very spacious with an eat in bar and an abundance of cabinets where you can store food and all of your cooking gadgets. The home is open concept with ample room for your furniture, TV, and a dining table where you can enjoy your home cooked meals. The living area has a lovely wood burning fireplace for those cold days, and there is a large picture window that looks out onto a large treed and grassy area that is ideal area for kids or dogs. Outside is a large deck that covers two full sides of the home, with one side fully covered and a gate to keep it enclosed. The home is across the street from the Continental Country Club where you can enjoy food and drinks at the Oakmont Restaurant. You can obtain a membership for all household members at a nominal annual cost. With the membership you can use the pool, workout facility, pickle ball courts, Bear paw pool and facilities, and the golf course, as well as participate in special club events. Lease is a 1 year term and the first month's rent is due at lease signing. There is an upfront deposit in the amount of one month's rent, due at lease signing. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the lease term once an inspection has been completed and there is no damage to the interior or the exterior of the home. Limit 2 pets (cats or dogs only).Reptiles or other types of pets are not allowed. There is an upfront non-refundable pet deposit of $400. Renter is responsible for all utilities. The home is unfurnished other than two patio tables with chairs that are available for the porch if the tenant wishes to use them. These will remain with the property at the end of the lease term. No smoking allowed. This includes the inside of the home as well as the porch that is attached to the home. Parking is uncovered and unassigned, there are numerous available spaces in front of the home. Tenant will provide and change their own interior and exterior light bulbs. Tenant will provide their own cleaning supplies, including but not limited to brooms, mops, vacuum, surface cleaners, and laundry detergents.
