This beautiful duplex unit is near schools, banking, and the post office in Prairie Grove. The upgraded interior includes extra touches that are sure to make you feel right at home. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and lawn care. A minimum credit score of 600 is required. Smoking, burning incense, candles, etc. is prohibited. There is a $35 application fee for each adult tenant. Any non-refundable pet fees are required prior to moving in. Major appliances are included. We only list our property on Zillow, Hot Pads, and Trulia. We do not use Craigslist, Facebook, or any other social media platform to advertise our rental units.
