Quaint Casita/Cottage in the fully fenced back yard of a Bungalow house in the Green Gables historic neighborhood of Downtown Phoenix. Full kitchen - cook anything up to a Thanksgiving dinner - with range/oven with lighted hood, refrigerator, microwave, full size sink, cabinets. Free laundry is downstairs, and shared with the main house. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a rather large walk-in closet for storage, and a desk/work area. The bedroom exits onto a patio with bench and umbrella. Upstairs you'll also find the living room, featuring a fold-down sleeper sofa for the occasional overnight guest, the entertainment system, another laptop work area, and the bathroom which has shower, toilet, sink, and storage. The upstairs entrance is also a covered patio with seating for four overlooking the grassy yard and hand painted mural on the south wall. All utilities, internet/wifi and landscaping maintenance are included. The cottage is a separate house on the same property as a main house, with shared back yard and laundry room. Parking is one compact to intermediate sized car off-street, and one vehicle on street (free, no permit needed). This property is a two story "tiny house", with stairs both exterior and interior. Three month minimum lease. Smoking or vaping not allowed inside the house, but Ok on patios. Pets are WELCOME but due to the size of the space, two maximum - two cats, two small to medium dogs, or a combination of cat/dog. Pets should be able to climb stairs. Any maintenance issues such as malfunctioning appliances or leaks (roof, pipe, etc.) should be reported immediately.
