PARKING: Only passenger cars, pickup trucks, or SUVs are allowed at the property - No recreational vehicles (RV) are permitted at any time. Vehicles must be parked on the driveway. On-street parking is not permitted. SMOKING: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. DEPOSIT / RENT: Security deposit plus booking fee is due upon signing of booking agreement. All payments must be made by credit card, debit card, Cash app, Venmo, or Zelle only.
