JUST BEACHY is a peaceful and centrally-located beach condo. The beach house has a desirable outdoor living rooftop with peek-a-boo ocean views. Just a 3 minute walk to the ocean, downtown, pier, Avila Beach Golf Resort and bike and walking trail. The open living space and ensuite bedroom is located on the second level. The condo is flooded with natural day light. Rooftop cooking and dining spacious enough for a visiting friends. The kitchen has chef grade appliances. Interior dining for 2 (more dining options on the rooftop). The living room has comfortable sectional sofa seating with a pull-out sleeper should an extra sleeping bed be needed. Up the spiral staircase to a rooftop entertaining deck. The roof deck has a hot tub, BBQ and dining table for 6 guests. JUST BEACHY is a month-to-month rental. Owner will consider up to a 1 year lease. Minimum 30 night rental. No animals allowed. No smokers. Owner requires a refundable security deposit, $49 property damage insurance (covers up to $3000 in accidental damage to property or content), $165 mid-month cleaning/laundry service and a $265 move-out clean. Utilities included.
