A small dog will be considered on a case by case basis. Any pet is subject to owner/manager approval and will incur additional fees and deposits. Partially furnished with King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed available to go into the second bedroom, and both bedrooms have dressers, and some side tables. The living area is on the second floor of the building and has a large sofa and love seat, two bar stools at the breakfast bar, and a dining table with two chairs. Kitchen with all major appliances including laundry center. There is also a full bath with combo tub/shower on this level. Both bedrooms are located on the third floor of the building and have doors out to a small deck that has a peek of the ocean. The master bath has a jetted soaking tub, with a rainwater shower head, and dual vanities. Two parking spaces in the carport on the ground level are included with this property. (Off-street parking is huge for Downtown Pismo Beach!) Partially furnished, removal of furnishings open to negotiation. 1-year lease preferred but 6-month minimum is good. (Maybe less - let's talk!) Security deposit depending on length of stay (6 month lease would be 1 month's rent) plus $250 cleaning fee are due prior to move-in. Utilities not included. Showings can be scheduled with the Coastal Vacation Rentals office which is open 9am-5pm 7 days a week. Keys must be picked up no later than 4pm and returned before the office closes at 5pm.
