While the ocean view is limited from the unit, step out the door to the beach gate, and you see the ocean as far as the eye can see. This is the perfect luxury beach unit for a small family or friends looking to stay directly on the beach in an exclusive area of Malibu. Beachfront Luxury Getaway has a private entrance. The upper level is separate and private. We are not renting the whole house just a private unit. Owner pays for water, gas, and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed in or anywhere near the unit or beach. Prefer a non- smoker.
