SKI SEASON RENTAL ONLY - AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 2024 - APRIL 2025 - FULLY FURNISHED. This is a 6-month lease (Nov. 1 - Apr. 30) but would negotiate to 5 (Nov. 15 - Apr. 15) or 4 (Dec. 1 - Mar. 31). 6-month rent = $7500/mo | 5-month rent = $8500/mo | 4-month rent = $9500/mo PLEASE NOTE: Townhome has been leased for the 2023/2024 season. We are located in one of the best spots in town, 2 miles from the ski resort in a very quiet neighborhood. Our home is newly remodeled and fully furnished for everything you need for the perfect winter rental. All kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, linens and more are included. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a 2 car garage. There's 2000 spacious square feet which includes 2 additional lofts. There are at least 2 perfect areas for remote workers with desks and hi-speed internet/wifi. There are 2 owner's closets that will not be available and locked while unit is occupied by renter. Neighbors are full-time residents, no short term renters are allowed in our complex.
