The tenant pays for the rent of $1500 on the first day of each month. The landlord charged a $ 1,500 deposit for the rent from the tenants. The tenant has access to the separate bedroom and bathroom, the half usage of the garage, and the closet and cabinet of shared spaces for the kitchen, living room, laundry, and staircase areas. Both landlord and tenant should collaborate to ensure a smooth moving-out and complete the checklist.
