All flooring, cabinets, countertops, and other features of the home were selected by the owners. Flooring downstairs is a wood-looking laminate tile, very durable, selected floors that would withstand scratches and water (waterproof/resistant flooring). Other amenities include tankless water heater, forced-air A/C, easy maintenance yard, and energy efficient living. The HOA provides an incredible pool, spa, BBQ area, green space and 3 playgrounds. Kitchen features a butler sink, French door refrigerator with water dispenser and icemaker, dishwasher, and ample storage. There's also storage under the stairs too. The home is 1,499 sq ft, with a large master bedroom featuring a walk in closet and full bathroom attached. Added a barn door to the master bathroom to create privacy and helps to prevent light coming in the morning. Two guest rooms, one is larger than the other with a walk in closet, the other has a standard slider closet. There's a half bathroom downstairs (toilet and sink only) and two full bathrooms upstairs (one in the master bedroom). The backyard is small but drought friendly with a water drip system already installed and functioning. Two car garage attached to the home with ample shelving for storage. Separate laundry room upstairs with storage too. Owner is responsible for HOA payment. Renters will be responsible for all utilities (water & SDG&E). We are open to lease terms shorter than 12 months as well, just ask us about it. The equivalent of 1 month rent is due as a security deposit at signing, 1st month's rent is also due at signing too. Pets are allowed with additional deposit: cats are $150 per cat and dogs are $250 per dog. No smoking allowed indoors. Limited to two vehicles total per household, both vehicles must be parked in the garage only. Street parking is available for guests, you will be given 15 guest parking allowances per month and resets every month (this is a rule from the HOA). Two references, proof of income, and a credit check are required. One reference must be a prior landlord. A formal lease agreement will be signed and all details of the contract will be upheld.
