This is a beautifully remodeled duplex style home on our 100 year old Orchard just 12 miles from Kettle Falls, WA. There is all brand new high end appliances including washer and dryer. There is a nice size1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower tub combo. Lots of cabinets, Large screen TV and nice size living room. Kitchen has a bar area but still room for small table and chairs. This unit has 2 mini splits for heat and air conditioning one in the living room and one in the bedroom. There is a garden window over the kitchen sink that looks out at one of our Apricot blocks. There is nothing like living on an active working Orchard! Walk to the Lake, Hiking Trails, Wild life viewing and much more. Does not include utilities, Utilities will run $300 a month which includes sewer, water, garbage and electric. This is a no smoking Orchard of any kind including cigarettes, vaping and marijuana. We do not allow pets in this unit. You will need to get your own WiFi, but the cell service out here is very good. You will be expected to put your garbage in can that is provided for you. Please respect the Orchard and our efforts to keep it clean and working on our organic certification. You will be responsible for snow removal on your own steps and out to your vehicle. We will keep roads plowed of snow during the winter.
