The River Ridge Townhomes are Luxury Townhomes located just across from the beautiful River Prairie Development in Altoona, WI. Walking distance from the River Prairie Park, shopping, and restaurants. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Security deposit is $1,000 (flat amount) and is due at Lease signing. 12-month Lease option is standard, and the 6-month Lease option is $50 per month in addition to base rent. An additional month to month leasing option will be made available after first completing an inaugural Lease Term of 12 or 6 months. The month-to-month option is $75 per month in addition to base rent.
