Valley View Townhomes Saybrook Village This townhouse has three levels. The entrance level has the garage with an opener and laundry room with hookups and storage space. The main living level has a living room, dinette, equipped kitchen and half bathroom along with a sliding glass door that opens up to the private patio. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is central air conditioning and additional off street parking. New carpet and vinyl plank flooring throughout. Tenant pays gas, electric, and trash. The rent includes a $60 monthly water/sewage allowance. There is an additional pet fee and non-refundable pet deposit. Maximum 2 pets. No smoking. 1.) There is a $30 application processing fee for each adult, which must be in cash or money order. Exact change only. Debit or credit cards are not accepted. 2.) Photo ID is required when submitting an application. 3.) Verification of income is required. 4.) Be prepared to provide residency history for the last 7 years including property address, landlord/property owner name and contact information, etc. 5.) A confirmation call is required the morning of the appointment by a specified time. 6.) We do not schedule appointments with third parties.
