Lewes has amazing restaurants, quaint shops, beautiful beaches - right next to Cape Henlopen State Park & Rehoboth Beach- stroll the boardwalk, hit the nightlife, local breweries, wineries, and tax-free shopping outlets (+ a variety of great thrift shops) on a rainy day. Fish off the Cape Henlopen Pier or hire a charter, go on a sunset dolphin cruise or take a day trip to Cape May, NJ on the Lewes Ferry. We have linens, beach towels, beach chairs, 4 bicycles, high-end inflatable paddleboard & kayak, fishing rods - or just walk to the amazing Lewes library and read a book! We are less than 3 miles to a variety of great warm water beaches - a quick drive or take the beach shuttlebus in season (from Memorial Day thru Labor Day) Utilities included. Renters must comply with ALL H.O.A. policies and requirements. Any violation can result in lease termination. NO SMOKING. Minimum lease is 1 month. Rent shall increase by double during summer months of June, July, & August. Some watering of interior or exterior plants may be needed. Renter is responsible for repairing all damages, including washing walls or touch up painting to remove paint scuffs.
