New hardwood floors, new fixtures, and interior paint. 158 Park Ridge Place is convenient to the East Side of Athens, and its less than 3 miles from downtown Athens and UGA, and it's less than a mile from the 3 major shopping centers on the East Side. There are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-layout common area with a private fenced-in back yard. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and we only require a one-time $300 nonrefundable pet fee (one of the most generous in the industry). Any past due payments, unpaid items in collections, repossessions, or charge-offs are prohibited. Medical bills are exempt. All occupants must have no criminal history of violence, theft, or any crime that endangers other people. Consideration of applicants with criminal convictions is at our discretion. Home occupancy must be no greater than two people per bedroom. No bankruptcy within the last 5 years. Valid state-issued identification must be provided. A driver's license is acceptable. No smoking inside the home. Renter pays utilities. Pets allowed on a case by case basis.
