This quiet unit boasts hardwood floors, full laundry in the unit, and the owner pays for all utilities. **Available December 1st** Requirements: An application to complete a background and credit check will be required before approval at a cost of $25 a person. Last 3 paystubs of each person. First month and security at signing of the lease, which will be for one year. We are pet friendly so long as the animal is not a nuisance to neighbors and does not cause damage to the property. If either become apparent, the tenant is expected to rectify the matter. We do not charge a desposit or extra for pets. Landlord pays for all utilities. Pets are OK (and are at no extra cost) as long as they do not cause any cause for complaints by the neighbors. Any damage caused to the property as a result of the pet/s must be paid for or taken care of by the tenant. Must have last 3 paystubs, 1st month, last and security.
