Cast Away, 3 blocks to Surfside Beach, is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, spring 2022 renovated beach getaway. The unit features electronic entry lock, WIFI, luxury vinyl plank flooring in the living, bath, and dining areas, and plush carpet in the bedrooms. Both Bedrooms have Queen Sized beds with luxurious memory foam mattresses, walk in closets, ceiling fans, double vanities with reading lights on each side, and wall mounted 43"Smart televisions. The living room, with soaring 16' vaulted ceiling, has ample seating and gorgeous natural light from the overhead skylight and large windows. Enjoy your favorite entertainment on the 48" Smart TV. A glass door leads to the side courtyard, complete with a 6' privacy fence and patio set for enjoying your morning coffee in the fresh air. There is also a hose for showering and rinsing the sand from your beach equipment after your days on the shore. Beach chairs are provided. With direct access to/from the bedroom in addition to the living area, the full downstairs bath has classy white subway tile, a stylish vessel sink, fluffy towels, and a tub/shower combo. The upstairs full bath also features beautiful white subway tile, granite counter, great lighting, another sleek vessel sink and a tub/shower combo. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops includes a dual coffee maker (drip and single cup for pods); Stainless steel sink with garbage disposal; stainless steel fridge (with ice maker), dishwasher, glass top stove and over-the-range microwave; a 4 person dining table as well as counter seating; and all the pots, pans, and dishes you'll need to cook at home. Located only 2 blocks from the ocean and the Surfside Pier, we're surrounded by many local restaurants including Bubba's Fish Shack, Scotty's Beach Bar, Gracious Pig Smoke-house, Pizza Hyena, Neal & Pam's Bar and Grill, Surf Diner, River City Cafe, and Chimichanga Llama, our recently opened delicious Mexican restaurant! Take a short two-block walk west to the Surfside Library, tennis courts, and every Tuesday, the Surfside Farmer's Market at Memorial Park. A bit further west (less than a mile) brings you to another group of amazing local restaurants, such as Wooden Spoon Eatery, Golden Kitchen Chinese Restaurant, Sundown Restaurant and Sports Pub, Surfside Beach Pizza, Malibu of Surfside Italian Restaurant, Borgata of Surfside, and Benjamin's Bakery. There is a book in the home which includes menus and information about these walkable restaurants of all types.
