The first floor has LVP flooring throughout the kitchen, living room, half bath and dining room. The backdoor leads to your covered carport The two bedrooms are upstairs, have carpet and are separated by a full bathroom between them. The unit does not come with washer/dryer but has hookups for them in the downstairs bathroom. The unit comes with a 5'x8' storage shed to store all your toys. Tenant is responsible for Water/Sewer, Electric, garbage, cable/internet and some landscaping. PLEASE READ: Non-Smoking unit and smoking is NOT ALLOWED within 20 feet of the property. Pets negotiable upon approval by owner, monthly pet fee $20/m for per pet. Please message me with your email address and I will send over the application.
