Fully Furnished Townhouse w/Utilities and lawn care included. This home has been recently renovated as of March 2023. It is fully furnished with empty room (in photos) being furnished now. Study downstairs can be used as a 4th bedroom as it is wide enough to keep the desk and there is a small walk in closet. You can furnish it or use the self-inflating blow up bed. Three bedrooms are upstairs with a fully bath upstairs as well. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms have a full size bed. The study is downstairs as well as the other full bath. The study is furnished but has a self-inflating queen size bed if you need it for guests. If you would like to use this room as a regular bedroom you can either furnish it yourself or add $200 in monthly rent for me to furnish it. Washer/dryer will be included as there is also a separate utility room. Utilities (water, electric, Wi-Fi) are included in the price as well as lawn maintenance. You can lease the home without utilities for $3000 per month with all furniture and appliances. There is covered parking for two cars, driveway can hold four vehicles. There is also street parking and a fully fenced backyard. To give additional perspective on why I charge what I charge...unfurnished with no utilities this property can rent for minimum $2000, being fully renovated it can go for $2500, unfurnished with no utilities. With it being fully furnished and having all new decor, $3000 with no utilities is reasonable in today's market. If you'd like me to keep the in my name, it would be $3500 but there is a $500 cap on utilities. Anything over the tenant would pay so I would encourage you to be responsible with the utilities if you chose to keep them in my name so that you aren't getting an additional bill each month for overages. 30 days or more lease terms. Pets are allowed but we have the discretion to not allow aggressive breeds, pets who are untrained, live in the backyard causing a disturbance to neighbors or feel uncomfortable in any way about any pets brought into the home. If you are caught with a pet that has not been disclosed and approved your lease is immediately void. PET DEPOSITS: $500 for less than 12 months. Over 12 months $1000. Landlord manages all landscaping and outside upkeep of the property. There is no smoking or pets allowed unless agreed upon in lease terms. Tenant pays all utilities unless agreed otherwise in lease terms. Must have a clean background and no evictions or reported late payments. Referral from previous landlords required.
