There are full washer and dryer hookups in the spacious laundry. Private back patio is a nice feature. The community is well lighted at night. This is a safe, pleasant place to call home. We rarely have an opening. Deposit is $500 and Monthly rent is $800. I can show the unit with reasonable notice. Tenant pays water and electric. Grass is mowed and maintained by landlord. Pets are allowed, upon approval of landlord. There is a $50 per month pet charge. There are 2 parking spaces available for tenants. Lease must be a year minimum. Most tenants have lived here a long time. We want respectful and quiet neighbors. This is a great place to live.
