Some of the upgrades include: - new luxury plank floors and steps to match with a new banister - installing natural quartz/stone backsplash in kitchen - knocked out knee-high wall to open up the floor-plan between kitchen and living room - roof was replaced in the last year with architectural shingles - artificial grass installed in the backyard (no mowing needed), and added a mini fence for garden/flowers along backyard fence - red rubber mulch installed in front of shed in the backyard (maintenance not required) - the bamboo floating deck and patio are 1 year old and we plan to stain them prior to move in LOCATION: - less than 1 mile down 17th St to the oceanfront/boardwalk - very close to I-264 and convenient to shops, gas, restaurants, etc - kids' park is at the opposite end of the street/cul-de-sac OTHER: There are French doors that open from the dining area to the backyard. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, two of which have double-mirrored sliding closet doors. The driveway has four parking spaces, and there is also street parking. It's in a cul-de-sac which is safer considering cars aren't flying through. The community is wonderful with a close-knit feeling!
