Our plans have changed and we are looking for a tenant to sublet, or potentially take over the lease, on a spacious, newly renovated 3 bedroom home in Manheim Borough. The rental includes three bedrooms, a large kitchen with fridge and flat top range, dining room, living room, bathroom, and unfinished basement. Plenty of sunlight, washer/dryer, ample closet and storage space, off-street parking and a large shared yard. Central location in town. Tenant is responsible for mowing. No smoking, no cats. Small dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. The initial lease period will run through February 2024 (when our lease expires), with the potential to take over the lease directly from the landlord at that time or possibly before. Landlord pays water and sewer; tenant is responsible for all other utilities. Credit score of 600+; security deposit of 1 month's rent.
