The Log house (Unit 289) available for rental on the Onway Lake has access to the common house, tennis court, basketball court and pool as well as enclosed house that can be rented for birthday parties etc.,. It's a one bedroom with a loft that can be used as a 2nd bedroom or an office space. It's being heated by the wooden stove and/propane gas. A short 10-minute drive will take you to Raymond town center, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and other places of interest. Renter is responsible for gas and electric and all other utilities. The rent is due on the 1st of the month and 1st month's security deposit. Small pets are allowed.
