Leases can begin immediately and continue thru mid March. All remaining 2 bedroom Bayfront options (like this one) are $2,500 per month. And your only other expense is power. PERFECT for military training, families relocating to the area, temporary work assignments, or retirees travelling about. The units themselves are 3 stories, with 2 sets of stairs (no elevator). The details for this particular unit are as follows: The lower level is the carport, which includes an area for parking and relaxing in the shade. You will enter the front door at this Level 1 and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2. There you will find the living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen, half bathroom, and laundry. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has a king size bed, attached bath, and its own private balcony. The second suite offers a queen bed and has its own bathroom right next to it. You can enjoy your coffee on the balconies, take the kayaks out in the bay, or enjoy the community pool and gym. This is a quiet, family friendly community, thus rowdy or inappropriate behavior will not tolerated.
