Home has been lived in by owner and their partner for the past 4 years. During this time home saw major renovations like brand new kitchen with brand new dish washer, fridge, microwave, floors, cabinets and granite countertops, new roof and other minor upgrades. Master bed is large with big walk in closet and 3rd floor bedroom is plenty of space for queen bed or fantastic office space which it is currently used for. PLEASE NOTE STAIRS ARE STEEP PIE STEPS and therefore may not be suitable for young children or dogs. There is a small space out back where you can put a table and relax outside or plan some herbs. Walking distance to art museum, Kelly drive, fairmount restaurants, Aldi, Whole Foods, and bus stops. Owner is seeking responsible tenants over the next 5-10 years before it is given to their parent so it is pertinent tenets are considerate. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Max 2 pets allowed, each comes with an extra $200 security deposit each and are on a case by case basis for pets other than cats. We will be checking credit reports and/or paystubs. Due at lease signing is first and last months rent. Due at move in is security deposit. We prefer one year leases but will consider 6 months. No smoking- there is an outside space where you can smoke.
