PROPERTY FEES Cleaning fees - $250 Pet deposit- $250 Monthly pet fee - $25 (per pet) Security deposit (refundable) - $3500 **We provide a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other dispensable items to get you started on your first few days of your stay. The grocery store is only a 2 minute walk from the property. ** Being that this will be considered a long term stay 30 days, we strongly urge our guests to bring their own linen (Towels and bedding), since housekeeping is not automatically provided under the standard tenant package, unless you choose to upgrade to our premium customized package. *The monthly cost is all inclusive of the standard guest benefit package which includes: - Furnace filter changes every 3 months which saves 5-15% on energy bills and helps ensure a clean and healthy environment. - Air vent cleaning every 3 months to reduce dust build up. - Microwave vent deep cleaning every 3 months to reduce oil and smoke accumulation. - Washer/Dryer deep cleaning to ensure maximum efficiency. - Dishwasher cleaning every 3 months to ensure maximum efficiency - Sink disposal cleaning every 3 months to eliminate odors - Coffee machine deep cleaning and filter changing every 3 months for that great tasting cup of coffee every morning - Refrigerator filter changes every 6-12 months (depending on occupancy) to ensure clean filtered water ** Guests May choose to upgrade from the standard benefit package to a custom premium benefit package at a fee in addition to the total monthly rent.
