The full basement is unfinished and equipped with laundry hookups. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Central air. Located near restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks, schools, and public transportation. Owner pays water and trash. Resident pays all other utilities and is responsible for the lawn and snow removal. If you have a pet: Non Refundable pet fee. Professionally clean all carpets upon termination of lease Tenants will replace any carpeted area that shows wear as a result of the pet or smell as a result of the pet. This will be done at the tenants expense. Tenants will cover all costs as a result of pet damage. Tenants will pay an additional fee per month. Tenants will be required to sign a pet policy.
