Despite its convenient location, the area is quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. You'll find a variety of local shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short drive away. The interior of our townhouse: Built in 2022, our clean and modern townhouse boasts a central location with easy access to the airport, beach, hospitals and downtown. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2000 sqft home with a fenced-in back patio. The master bedroom is huge, with vaulted ceilings and room for your home office as well. It also boasts a beautiful en suite with large walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms share a larger bathroom with double sinks. There is a large hall closet for extra storage, as well as a laundry room upstairs with washer and dryer. The downstairs is an open-concept living space with huge island with room for three bar stools. It also has a large living and dining area, with tons of natural light throughout. No smoking or parties allowed. Renter responsible for cable, internet, water & electric. (Trash and Lawn service is covered by HOA) Two small cars can fit comfortably in the driveway, and you do have access to one guest spot with parking pass. Rental duration is for 1-year and you will need to carry renter's insurance. Pet fee is a one-time non-refundable fee of $125/pet. Tenant is reasonable for maintaining a clean and clutter free exterior and keeping trash can in the garage.
