The fireplace in the living room will make sure you stay cozy in the winter times. Full length mirrors in the lower level for your convenience. The top floor bathroom features radiant floor heating for your ultimate comfort. In the event of a storm, rest assured the house provides back up energy from it's Tesla Powerwall, a pretty unique feature. This Solar Powered private duplex is on a QUIET street :), with private entrance, in a lovely neighborhood close to all that Greenwich has to offer. Please inquire for details We just added a new laundry system that's powered by Ozone. It's called 03 Waterworks Aqueous Ozone. This eliminates the need for detergent, sanitized the loads and is best for the environment. . The only thing is that it works best and is more effective with cold water (which is better for the clothes anyway ;)). You clothes will smell fresh and not get as damaged as with regular detergent Also, please note that this is a second (and third) floor unit so there are stairs involved.
