Welcome to the Lucky Mermaid, this stunningly remodeled and tastefully furnished townhome features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is steps from the beach and Schooner's beach restaurant. It is part of a small garden townhome complex with a nice neighborly feel to the common grounds, including pool and private back patio area for relaxing and grilling. This home is perfect for traveling professionals or snowbirds as it is a very convenient set up with all one would need as far as location and luxury accommodations. It is available on a month-to-month basis at the following rates: $3,500/ month August-February, $5,000/month March-May, $8,000/ month June & July. A 12-month rental agreement would be discounted to $4,000/ month. Rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi with a cap. Up to two small dogs are allowed, pending size and breed approval and must have previous references. No other animals are allowed. All occupying parties must be approved. Pets are $200/ month additional. Guest will be responsible for departure cleaning cost based on length of stay. No smoking, vaping, drug use in/at this home. From the front door you will see the ocean calling with Beach Access Point 5 in short distance, along with Schooner's, last local beach club, which is also steps away and is always beckoning for you to stop in for good food and good times. No crossing of busy street to get to the beach or waiting for the elevator in those high-rises. This townhouse is part of a lovely garden property, offering an outdoor pool lined with palms and a manicured lawn that comes up to the edge of the patio. Beach chairs, beach cart and swim toys are provided to bring with you to the sand each morning. The patio features a cute couch and a table with seating for four, great for alfresco dining. After an afternoon at the pool or beach, come back to spritz yourself clean under the outdoor shower. Downstairs each of the two bedrooms have their own full modern bathroom with beautifully updated mosaic showers. The master bedroom with King foam mattress bed opens to the patio with sitting, dining area and propane grill. Not pictured yet, the master has a mint mini fridge and Keurig. The bunk room features two double bunk beds for a total of 4 beds. In addition, the table can be used as a compact computer desk if needed. Plenty of closet space is provided. Additional amenities include smart TVs in both bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer. The kitchen area has plenty of seating with four chic velvet barstools at the beautiful quartz countertop island adorned with majestic blue mosaic atmosphere lighting from Turkey. In addition, a nice high-top table provides additional seating. Enjoy the tiki-inspired bar area which provides plenty of glasses to make that special cocktail. In the fully stocked kitchen, you will find a Keurig, Drip coffee maker, hot water tea kettle and French press. To go along with the decor, chic gold utensils and plenty of tableware are provided. Cook up seafood specialties with some of the provided cookbooks and Italian granitium cookware. Microwave, four bread toaster, panini press are available for easy meals, or oven with air fryer function for bigger meals. Stainless steel appliances and refrigerator with ice maker finish out the kitchen area. The living room has a queen foam mattress sleeper sofa and loveseat to relax on. A nice 70-inch Smart TV is available for winding down in the evenings while watching the pool area from the top deck patio. Added but not pictured yet, are two additional comfortable seating options, a big nest chair and comfortable bean bag chair. The living room features sliding glass doors to the top deck where you can also see the grounds pool area while resting in comfortable chairs. This location is ideal for its proximity to the beach, of course, but it is also surrounded by many great restaurants and local hang outs. Aside from the great food, entertainment, and view that Schooner's has to offer a few steps away you will find plenty of other places to explore in very close proximity. A two-minute drive away is St. Andrews State Park where many outdoor activities can be enjoyed or take a quick walk to the park via the beach. Have a real-life encounter with a mermaid at nearby Deckhand Social to complement your mermaid themed stay. Also, the marinas with all the best boating experiences available in PCB are a two-minute drive away along with more great seafood restaurant choices.
