I'm biased but this is the best unit in S'PARK. It's an end unit with great views (the right views) in all directions - which is why I bought it for $1.4 million. I'm currently living in the unit and it's poorly furnished as I'm a single man with bad taste : ) So you can get a feeling for the interior by looking at this unit (but it's not an end unit) by looking on Zillow at 2791 32nd Street, Boulder Colorado. Hardwood floors throughout the unit. Top balcony faces south and west. I'm building a house in Boulder and will move out sometime in March of 2024.
