A cozy, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse is the perfect place for your Lake Tahoe ski vacation. 10 minutes from Heavenly California Lodge and 45 minutes from Kirkwood. -- THE PROPERTY -- Beach Access, Tahoe Key Property Owner Amenities (with additional fee), Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer & Dryer 3 Bedrooms, all with their own private full bathrooms. #1: Queen Bed (overlooking views of the canal with balcony seating area (second floor) #2: Queen Bed and Sleeper Sectional Sofa, full bathroom with laundry room (second floor) #3: Full Bed with vanity area, full bathroom. (first floor) Living room with sectional sofa, fireplace, TV with Roku TV (YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime included), wireless internet, recliner seat, ottoman. Kitchen with GE monogram fridge, gas range, dishwasher, countertop microwave/air fryer/oven combo, coffee maker, Nespresso with frother, toaster, hot/cold water dispenser. Plenty of utensils, pots and pans, plates, drink glasses, cups. Selection of books and board games for your enjoyment. Snow removal will be provided by the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association. -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Photo ID will be required upon renting Keys Rules: - You need to obey all Tahoe Keys Property Owner Associations (TKPOA) rules, which will be provided to you after booking, this includes quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. TKPOA security strictly enforces all Vacation Rental ordinances. If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000 - Only park in designated spaces in front of the unit, vehicles are not allowed to park on the street - No outdoor overnight tents, guests, RVs, etc. Damage and incidentals You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay. $3,900/month if rented for 4 months (anytime between December 1st-April 15th, or end of ski season). Upfront payment of all months is required before moving in. $4,750/month if rented less than 4 months. Minimum 30 day stay. $1,950 security deposit ($350 of which is non-refundable) Access to the Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association (TKPOA) amenities such as pools, beach have a daily/weekly fee for each person. The passes can be obtained from the TKPOA office by showing the lease agreement.
