Spacious duplex units with a large shared yard! Each unit has 3 bedrooms with w/d hookups. Pets ok with $300 non refundable fee per pet and $50 per month additional rent per pet. Non-aggressive pets only. List provided upon request. To move in all adults living in home will need to be approved. Application fee is $40/adult. Move in requirements: Once approved, First months rent + security deposit which is equal to 1 month rent plus $95 non refundable fees +pet fees if applicable. Other fees may apply. Proof of renters insurance required at before move in. To view the property, come in to our office at 477 Taft Ave Suite A to check out a key. Keys can be checked out Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.
