We are about 5 minutes from 32nd street eateries and bars in the Highlands area, 4 blocks away from Sloan's Lake, 1/2 block from the Edgewater Marketplace and 2 blocks from Target and King Soopers and about 8 minutes from Sprout's Organic Grocery Store, and 1 mile from RTD LIGHT RAIL at Wads and Colfax or Sheridan and 6th. Also because we are so close to highway 6, ski traffic is a little faster. But, most importantly, we are only 1 minute away from Starbucks! The other folks who have lived here LOVED THE CENTRAL LOCATION TO EVERYTHING. Edgewater is quiet and safe. I often walk the dogs at midnight or later and have NEVER had an issue.
