Other things to note This unit is in a duplex. The backyard and deck space are shared. There is a partition on the deck so the deck is semi private. Guests will have access to beach towels, a beach wagon, boogie boards, and a few kids toys while staying at our house! Available for 6-12 month lease starting late October 2023.
