Welcome to Endless Summer at Gulf Highlands Beach Resort; the family friendly vacation destination you've been looking for! Our town home is an updated and refreshingly clean 2 bedroom/1.5 bath family focused property with everything you need for a great stay. You'll find queen beds in both of the spacious bedrooms and a queen size pullout sofa downstairs. The unit comfortably sleeps 6. Enjoy the fully updated kitchen with all appliances and cookware needed for a family vacation! The large back patio with gas grill and table for 4 make for a great entertainment or relaxation space and the Master bedroom has a private balcony! The unit backs up to the Shoppes at Edgewater for a quick walk to the bowling alley, Axe Throwing, restaurants, shopping, and an ice cream shop and there are 2 parking spots directly in front of the unit reserved exclusively for you. The world-renowned sugar-white beach and crystal-clear waters are just a short 5 minute walk or 1 minute golf cart ride from the unit where you can enjoy Gulf Front dining and a beach front pool at the private access Beach House of Gulf Highlands! This beachfront clubhouse is only for guests of the resort. Gulf Highlands is a private gated community with activities for everyone! There are 11 pools (some heated in the winter), tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, and an 18 hole mini golf course. Shipwreck Island waterpark in only 5 minutes away. Guests can use the complimentary wireless internet access and there are Smart televisions in living room and each bedroom. An electric golf cart (4 seater) is included with the rental. Turns the 5m flat walk to the sand into a less than 60sec golf cart ride to dedicated beach parking. All fee's, utilities and golf cart usage included in the monthly rate. Lease is set for month to month, but we are accepting longer terms from Oct 23' through Feb 24'.
