Max adult occupancy: 6 people We are an easy 5 min walk to the beach from the front door of the unit and you will be close to everything when you come enjoy our beautiful townhome in the desirable Gulf Highlands Beach Resort that has never been rented! Sleeps 6 comfortably with room for the family to spread out! Our quiet, gated community is a perfect place for a family stay with all of the amenities you could want including 11 pools (5 heated seasonally and one right on the beach), a full-service restaurant on the beach, putt putt, tennis courts, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more! In addition to those amenities and the hours of entertainment in your own back yard, there is a walking path from the resort leading to the Shoppes at Edgewater with restaurants, ice cream, bowling, pool, axe throwing and escape rooms! We are also just a mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park and less than a mile from Just Jump Trampoline Park, WonderWorks, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park and Ripley's. We are also just 5 miles from all of the shopping, dining and entertainment at Pier Park! Things to know: -Free Wi-Fi -No pets -No smoking -No large parties or events -Streaming services are available with guests' personal accounts. -Must be 25 years old to book Gulf Highlands Beach Resort has: Tennis, shuffleboard, pickleball courts, mini-golf, fitness room and 11 pools total, including 1 beachfront pool and 5 heated pools. Our townhouse is located directly across from one of the heated pools. PARKING Two (2) parking spaces are included with property rental. Spaces are marked "129". Park only in spaces assigned to your unit. No parking on property without a valid security pass. Vehicles are subject to be towed at the renter's expense should you park in another unit's space(s). There is additional parking at the Public Parking lot(s) located at Richard Jackson Boulevard at Ocean Towers Condominiums, Churchwell Drive at Front Beach Road, or Thomas Drive at Ripley's. The rates are: $1/hr. or up to $6/day.
