Located in Ramsgate Harbour, a low rise 3 story condo complex on the peaceful West end of Front Beach Road, this spacious Gulf front condo offers amazing views of the beach without the crowds. Ramsgate Harbor, unit 44 This unit features the following: 1) full-size appliances (including a French door refrigerator) 2) A breakfast bar 3) A full dining area. 4) A full kitchen with a dishwasher 5) The kitchen, dining and living area and a half bath are on the first level 6) 1st floor has a balcony overlooking the beach. 7) On the second level, the master bedroom faces the Gulf and has a private balcony. 8) The master and guest bedrooms are both upstairs 9) 2 full bathrooms are also on the second level. 10) There is a 1/2 bath on the 1st level The master bedroom upstairs has 1 King bed that will sleep 2 The Guest room upstairs has one queen bed that will sleep 2 The living room area downstairs has a sofa bed that will sleep 2 The resort features the following: 1) access to a shared outdoor pool. 2) Ramsgate Harbour has 500 feet of beach so the beach in front of the condos feels private Things to Know about this unit: Free high-speed WiFi and cable No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed Parking notes: Parking is outdoor and limited to two cars per condo. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed. Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it's not guaranteed at the beach.
