Living room has sliders to the screen porch and fenced yard(fence is there for tenant use...owner/management will NOT maintain, repair or replace any fencing). Main bath has large vanity, tub and shower combo...master has 1/2 bath. There is a ceiling fan in one bedroom & livingroom. Location is ideal...close to shopping, restaurants, bus route, banking and more. A small pet may be allowed depending on breed and owner approval. Pictures will be forth coming... We only take applications at the office and the fee is $125 for 2 adults and there is a $45 fee for other applicants 18years and older. This includes credit history, full back ground and lease preparation which is done by an attorney. We do not advertise on Craig's list. The rent includes lawn maintenance, any gutter cleaning and trash pick up. You will be required to pay the last months rent in advance along with the security and 1st months rent...which may be pro-rated depending on occupancy date. One year lease is required. There is NO SMOKING inside any unit and that includes vaping. There is no parking on the lawn and if a pet/animal is allowed there will be a non refundable fee due prior to occupancy. You will also need proof of income & job verification.
