All units are 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouses with one car attached garage. Gas heat, central air, and gas fireplace. Unit comes with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer. Rent includes trash pickup, and snow removal from common areas (tenants are responsible for their own sidewalk and driveway). Base rent is $1,300/month plus $35/person/month for water/sewer, tenants pay gas and electricity directly to We Energies. All units are pet friendly and allow one dog, max of 50lbs or up to two cats (max of two pets). One time, non-refundable pet fee of $200.00 and $50/month pet rent per pet (max two).
